Over the next 2-months we will be focusing on releasing the root cause of why the emotional eating behaviour persists, so that it's gone and you can achieve your weight release goals and step into more energy and motivation.

- Future Framing: Install your future goals right into your future timeline so all of the tools and resources you need align to make them happen
I do this in a 2-month container. You are assigned an accountability coach + you and I will do a minimum of 4hrs of 1:1 work together.
And by the end, you will be more confident, easily releasing emotional weight, communicating your needs, no more triggers, and showing up to your life with joy & happiness
