Hi! I’m Andrea.

I have struggled with my weight since I was in grade 8. Losing 60lbs as a teenager and have been gaining and losing since university.

The strategies that I have gained as a 12-year naturopathic doctor were amazing for hormone healing, and I was still hitting a plateau with my results. Starting a family, raising two girls, my entire mindset shifted and I couldn't shake the negative thoughts.

So, November 2021, I went on a deep journey of self-discovery and transformation. After 2 years working on my own limiting beliefs and negative thoughts… I have learned to let go of the emotional baggage that was holding me back. Baggage I had been carrying since I was a toddler.

Holding me back from being a more present mom. A more loving wife. And most importantly, loving my body just as it is now, and still wanting to make it better.

And became designated as a Master Mindset Coach, at the highest level I can in the world, to guide other women who deserve the same.

I sleep 8-10hrs per night, effortlessly. I only drink coffee because I love it. I move my body without any resistance daily. I have full control over my cravings. I run a clinic team and have my own private practice, without burning out at the end of the day. And I created a lifestyle that keeps me present with my family daily AND I still have time for ME and my self care.
