Our sessions focus on the WHAT. What is getting in the way (built up emotions, limiting beliefs, negative thoughts about self) and using our tools, release them from the neurology in as fast a time as possible.

That’s also why this program is different from a “12 sessions” model… it’s less about ongoing management, and more about creating a massive shift that holds.

In our experience, 4hrs is what it takes to do that (Transformation Work) and then we add in the bi-weekly check-ins to calibrate on the changes with you in your day-to-day.

You'll have direct access to your Support Coach, Transformation Coach and Andrea throughout your 60 days inside the 1:1 container.

The goal is to make sure you're fully supported and developing the tools needed to bring your emotional eating problem to a 1/10 or 0/10 and keep it there, well beyond out work together.

Your Success Coach will book an on-boarding call with you when you enroll and will book in Bi-Weekly calls (3) for ongoing checkins and support.

Before the first Transformation Call, you'll work through specific content in our course portal and submit your quiz responses when completed.

You can also ask Andrea questions directly inside the Vault Membership 24/7 and during her LIVE monthly calls.

Our team will hold you accountable AND we are very clear on having this be an "adulting" experience. You are responsible for the results you get, we are meerly guides. And we do this from a personal empowerment perspective.

We will be checking in with you 24-48hrs after your transformation calls as well as every 2-weeks minimum to calibrate on your positive changes.

What you’re feeling isn’t doubt or "maybe this means I shouldn't be doing this"
It's biology. It’s called an amygdala hijack.

Your amygdala’s job is to keep you safe.
When it senses risk ... especially financial or emotional risk...it releases adrenaline. That adrenaline can feel like "fear" or "what if thinking".

Most women take it as a sign of "this is wrong"
Yet, all that's happening is your primal brain is asking you... are we safe?? Your nervous system is reacting to uncertainty, not danger.

Here’s what to do next:

• Go do quick jumping jacks or jump on the spot or run up and down the stairs -- anything to move the adrenaline through. After 90-seconds it will naturally dissipate.  You MUST move it. Not think about it or gently breathe. MOVE.

• Remind yourself why you said YES and celebrate that. Negative emotions cannot co-exist with celebration energy. So have a mini dance party for one and BE PROUD that you're putting yourself first!

• Then get right into action - book your onboarding call, go explore The Vault, and keep communicating with Andrea or the team.

You don’t need to feel calm to move forward.
In fact, ANYTIME you step out of your comfort zone it's gonna be uncomfortable... by definition. So get used to it sister! This is where we GROW!
